Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep our refund terms plain and fair. This policy explains what is refundable, what is not, and how to request a refund. It applies to all purchases from Expert Prompt Lab and is part of our Terms of Service.

Website Builds

• A deposit is required to begin your project. It is refundable only before work begins.
• Once design or development work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, because time and resources are committed immediately.
• Rather than a money-back guarantee, your build includes two rounds of revisions — we refine the work until it meets the agreed scope.
• Once the final website has been delivered, no refund is available.

Companion & Elite Memberships

• 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the membership fee.
• You keep your first month's materials. Even if you request a refund within the 14-day window, the plan and workflows you have already received are yours to keep.
• After 14 days, the membership fee is non-refundable, and your access continues for the full 12-month term.
• Memberships do not automatically renew; there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge.

Elite Custom Work

For Elite, the custom AI engine and any done-for-you build become non-refundable once we begin that work, as it is created specifically for your business.

Add-On Services

Add-on services (logos, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, additional revisions, and similar) are refundable only before work begins. Once work has started, they are non-refundable.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not offer refunds based on business outcomes or results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own implementation.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@expertpromptlab.com with your name and order details. We aim to respond within a few business days. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly before initiating a chargeback.
