These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services offered by Expert Prompt Lab ("Expert Prompt Lab," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Expert Prompt Lab provides done-for-you website builds and a guided growth membership for independent coaches and consultants. Our offerings currently include a one-time website build, the Companion membership, the Elite membership, and optional à-la-carte add-on services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. Our services are offered to and intended for customers in the United States.
Prices are stated on our website and are in U.S. dollars. We may change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes do not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method. For website projects, a deposit may be required to begin work. Membership fees grant 12 months of access from the date of purchase and are billed as described at checkout.
Our standard delivery timeline begins when you provide all required content, brand assets, and information. Timelines depend on your timely cooperation. If required materials are not provided within a reasonable period, the project may be paused. Two rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are available as a paid add-on. Ownership of the final delivered website transfers to you upon receipt of full payment.
Memberships provide access for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will notify you before your access period ends; access does not automatically renew or re-bill unless you choose to renew. Membership deliverables depend on your participation, and certain elements (such as plans and workflows) are provided on a recurring schedule throughout your term.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Except for materials we deliver to you (such as your website and assets, which become yours upon full payment), all content, templates, workflows, prompts, and materials we provide remain the property of Expert Prompt Lab and are licensed to you solely for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our templates, workflows, or library materials.
You agree not to misuse our services, infringe others' rights, or use our deliverables for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We provide services, tools, and guidance in good faith, but we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, ranking, or result. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own implementation and market conditions.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Prompt Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Expert Prompt Lab harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
